Shipping policy
Production Time
- Each product is made to order.
- Please allow for the production time stated on the product page.
- Orders will be shipped the week after production time has ended.
Shipping Rates & Services
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected by Soline.
- Customers will see the shipping cost before confirming their order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery Areas
- Belgium: Standard delivery and local pickup are available.
- European Union (EU): We ship to all EU member states.
- International: We ship to selected countries outside the EU, except the United States (we no longer ship to the US).
Customs & Import Fees
- For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., the UK), customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are always the responsibility of the customer.
- Soline Essentials has no control over these costs and cannot predict them.
Delivery Responsibility
- Once handed over to the postal/courier service, delivery times are beyond our control. Delays may occur due to customs, strikes, weather, or courier issues.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
- Soline is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solineessentials.be with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
