Shipping policy

Production Time

  • Each product is made to order.
  • Please allow for the production time stated on the product page.
  • Orders will be shipped the week after production time has ended.

Shipping Rates & Services

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected by Soline.
  • Customers will see the shipping cost before confirming their order.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Areas

  • Belgium: Standard delivery and local pickup are available.
  • European Union (EU): We ship to all EU member states.
  • International: We ship to selected countries outside the EU, except the United States (we no longer ship to the US).

Customs & Import Fees

  • For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., the UK), customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Soline Essentials has no control over these costs and cannot predict them.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Once handed over to the postal/courier service, delivery times are beyond our control. Delays may occur due to customs, strikes, weather, or courier issues.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
  • Soline is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solineessentials.be with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
