Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Soline Essentials

At Soline Essentials, each piece is handcrafted and often personalized, making every item unique. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Personalized & Handmade Items

  • All items are made to order and personalized according to your selection.
  • As such, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@solineessentials.be with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will review the case and, if the fault is confirmed, provide either:
  1. A replacement of the item, or
  2. A full refund using your original payment method.

Workshops & Services

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled workshop are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but you will receive a voucher for a future workshop.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, though you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
