Travelmug Workshop

Sunday 20th of April: 12h – 16h at Soline’s atelier (dageraadstraat 4, Mechelen)

During the travelmug workshop you’ll create your own ceramic travel cup! Shape, paint and decorate it to make it your one of a kind cup.

We’ll start by making our cup in clay, choosing the technique that suits your design idea best. After the shape if finished, you’ll be able to decorate it using different techniques and paint it with underglazes.

After the workshop the pieces will need 5-6 weeks to be finished. They need to dry first, then receive a bisque fire. After the bisque fire I will finish the cups with a transprant glaze, making them food and dishwasher safe. The final glaze fire will bring out the design and bright colours of your cups.
