how to order
Once the pre-order goes life, you can order your petmug. You’ll have to choose some options to make your mug unique and customize it the way you like.
After placing your order, we get started on the batch and take about 5-6 weeks to make and glaze all of the mugs.
You’ll receive a notification when your mug is shipped or is ready for pickup so you can collect your order.

this is important for me to know so the pet and engravement are positioned right in the mug.
choose the number of pets you want in your mug – every additional pet comes with a fee of 35 EUR
add the name of your pet or any other text you would like engraved
choose a pattern you like; either the default one (thick stripes) or a fully custom one – a custom pattern can be chosen for an additional fee of 10 EUR
choose one or more colours from the swatches
choose the handle you want on your mug. there are 5 types of handles you can choose from; none, regular, curly, twisted or round.
adding a handle adds a fee of 5EUR
add pictures of your pet to your order or send me additional ones. to make sure your petmug looks exactly like your pet, I need pictures of every side (to see the shape and colours of your pet)
